On Friday, as I was describing Research Expo to someone here in San Diego, the person told me that Research Expo falls on the day BEFORE tax day this year...but that's not correct. Tax Day is Tuesday April 15 and Research Expo is Thursday April 17.

...but it occurs to me that technological change is something else that is certain. Given the fact that technology is racing forward in many different directions -- with implications for so many different aspects of business -- it's important to stay abreast of this change.
